* 健康与安全负责人Responsible Person for Health and Safety
* 质量经理 Quality Manager
* 环境负责人 Responsible Person forEnvironment
* 管理层代表Management Representatives
* 工会代表 Trade Union Representatives
备注：如工厂备有地图请提供给我们以便审核员能按时到达工厂
